PERFORMERS’ INFORMATION for TUTBURY MUSIC FESTIVAL 2010.

Vehicle parking

Please park all cars on the Performer’s / Stall holders car park.

Please park buses in front of the Ticket Office next to the Public car park.

Any enquiries re. transport into the Castle for performers with mobility difficulties should be made to Dave Kennedy a.s.a.p.

If you have large or very heavy items (e.g. drums/tubas) to take to your performance venue also contact Dave a.s.a.p.

On entry and exit all vehicles must move very slowly as pedestrians may not be aware of your movements. Ask for help if you need it

Traffic Marshals and Site Helpers

These people will be wearing yellow bibs. They will try their best to help you if you ask them for assistance.

Expect Delays!

Delays will be inevitable due to the anticipated crowds.

Try to arrive early and be patient. Thank you.

Tickets

All adult performers must have a complimentary ticket. Please advise Dave a.s.a.p. of the total number you require. We will then make these available to you ,along with program leaflets, at the ticket Office on the day of the Festival.

We view all supporters / roadies as paying members of the public.

Tickets can be bought on the day at £5 per adult and £2 per concession. All children are admitted free of charge

Performers’ summary CV’s

We will be displaying current info on site about performers. I would be grateful to receive from you 100-200-word summaries about your band or group. Those some of you supplied in 2008 may well be out of date!
