Tutbury and Hatton Train Station was officially opened on 3 April 1989.

The station is located close to the site of the original Tutbury Station which was closed in the 1960’s.

Now, the station train operator East Midlands Trains provides residents with an hourly service to Crewe, Stoke on Trent and Derby.

Latest passenger figures (Office of Rail Regulator data for 2006 / 2007) show that almost 37,000 passengers use Tutbury & Hatton each year.


Tutbury and Hatton Station is equipped with Passenger Information System.

Recent additions include cycle pins to enable passengers to secure their cycles.
