A program of music in the grounds of Tutbury Castle is planned for Saturday 15 July 2006.

The days events are scheduled as follows:

11:00 am: a peal of bells will be rung by St Mary’s Priory Church Bell Ringers.

From 11:00 am: a town crier will announce the festival through the streets of Tutbury.

At 11:30 am: a festival fanfare will be played out from the Castle battlements.

After opening words by the chair person of Tutbury Parish Council, a master of ceremonies will conduct the program throughout the day.

The festival is supported by Tutbury Castle Limited by kind permission of its director - curator, Mrs Lesley Smith.
